As per law every seller should maintain a bill book and must deliver the receipt of selling goods to the buyer with appropriate details like quantity, price, date etc. Also it should be your responsibility to ask for the receipt or bill of any purchase from the seller and if the seller deny then one can make the complaint in consumer forum....
